On Sunday 10 September, the Hon Peter Malinauskas MP and Minister Nick Champion proudly announced the new Prospect Corner development on-site, set to feature 108 multi-storey townhomes upon completion.

 

Prospect Corner provides buyers with the chance to reside in well-crafted and generously proportioned homes just seven kilometres from the Adelaide CBD. Planned and developed by Renewal SA, architectural designs for the multi-storey townhomes will offer a diverse range of styles and layouts to provide choice and variety for different lifestyles. Prospect Corner’s homes will range from two-to-three bedrooms and are targeted to achieve a 7-Star Nationwide House Energy Rating.

Thoughtful master-planning of the site has also identified much-needed pockets of open space, including opportunities for extensive tree planting. This follows consultation with local residents and students from nearby Rosary Primary School, who provided input into the design of a community garden, barbecue area, outdoor gym and nature play area for children.
