Living on the edge as more affordable homes hit the market
Great interest among first home buyers and people hoping to take advantage of more affordable housing opportunities is expected when 27 off-the-plan homes on the fringe of the Adelaide CBD are released today.
Work is happening at pace at Prospect Corner a new housing development just seven kilometres from the Adelaide CBD, which is set to become a buzzing, city-fringe community.
The first homes in the new Prospect Corner development have sold out within weeks of release following strong interest in the $80 million government-led project.
On Sunday 10 September, the Hon Peter Malinauskas MP and Minister Nick Champion proudly announced the new Prospect Corner development on-site, set to feature 108 multi-storey townhomes upon completion.
